the hotel is fairly clean with very helpful and attentive staff. the location is magnificent, just a 20-minute walk from Serendipity Beach. 3. Lemongrass restaurant, which we thought was a Japanese restaurant, is nearby.

The hotel I stayed in was in a great location, away from the hustle and bustle. Unlike other hotels further up the coast, there weren't a zillion screaming toddlers all over the place. The beach area at the side of the hotel complex was serene and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The staff were willing to help with any enquiries and the rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and the view from the room was breathtaking.
I did notice that the hotel lacked variety in terms of evening entertainment.

Friendly staff
Not close to a 5-star hotel. More like a 3-star hotel. Rooms needs to be modernised. We saw a rat running across the restaurant-floor. Need taxi to get to restaurants in town. Too expensive since it is not a 5-star hotel. You can easily get very nice newer hotels in town for 30 usd with swimmingpool and close to Serendipity Beach and all the restaurants. For some strange reason the hotel is very popular with rich campodians and chinese. Very poor wifi all over the hotel.

I'm currently staying in a great location in a sea of mud, surrounded by beautiful nature. My Mohari Chalet on the "lake" offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room itself is spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, catering to different tastes. The facilities, including the pool and gym, are well-maintained and enjoyable. this hotel provides a relaxing and pleasant experience in the Sihanoukville area.
There is one negative aspect to mention, which is the ongoing construction noise in the vicinity.

Private beach, hotel pool, the spa, breakfast
- Not being able to use my laptop in the room and IT advising that it was a problem with my laptop when in fact it was the hotels system problem as my laptop worked fine at the accommodation before and after Sokha Resort. - A virus on the hotel computers in their business center which has now blocked my access to my email accounts and social networking site.

Was impressed with the BBQ Buffet Dinner on Saturdar night. Services was absolutely 5 stars and food choice also excellent, Definitely valued for Money. Overall hotel was fantastic!! well maintenance and family friendly facilities.
The security of the guest on the beach might be an issue in the future. We saw few Khmer boys from outside wondering around and approching female guests inappropriately. My husband did called the security guy to come have keep an eyes on them. I would recommend one security guy to stand by on the beach just to prevent an outsider bothering the guest inappropriately. Another thing is I booked " Ocean Wing" and assume we will get the ocean view but end up we didn't and we check in around 1 p.m and the room wasn't ready for us (total 3 rooms but we only get 2 rooms ready)
